About Talon



I originally started lifting weights when I was 14 years old as part of a bet with my dad. I was a very overweight young boy who suffered from low confidence. A few months after I started working out, I saw my abs for the first time. I LOVED IT. Unfortunately, those abs didn't last long. After about 8 months I had gained all the weight back that I had lost. I took a break from fitness for about 4 years and then resumed my fitness journey when I was 18. I was 5' 8" and 200lbs, sitting at about 25% body fat. I had no confidence and hated everything about myself. I decided a change NEEDED to happen NOW. I committed to a fitness plan and lost 38lbs in 4 months. I had confidence for the first time in years. The following 4 years since then have been filled with steady muscle growth and personal growth all thanks to the confidence that came from committing to a plan and staying consistent with it. Fitness has become one of the biggest parts of my life and I love to share it with everyone, especially YOU!


September 2019


My day 1.

If I had one word to describe this time of my life, it would be insecurity. This was my all-time low. It was also the day that my life turned in a completely different direction


January 2020

This is 3.5 months after I made the change. Not only did I look different physically, I felt different mentally. I was finally happy with how I looked and I had gained a whole new level of confidence. I would share with everyone who would listen about the changes I was making.


Present Day

Man oh Man is life different. I hardly recognize the kid I was 4 years ago. Life has made me realize a lot of things. Set Priorities straight, and put people first.

I absolutely love to help people, which is why I'm here... To help YOU. I want you to feel the positive changes that I felt, I want you to know what it's like to make such a crazy change and know that you're the reason it happened.
